Exhale Fans delivery timing – 2020 June

Following the set up of the new Exhale Factory and the Covid-19 crisis, here is a detailed report of the timing of delivery of the next three containers that we ordered to Exhale World LLC.

Container #1 390 Exhale Fans – Shipment of the fans to customers end of June/early July

Container #1 is entirely presold, all orders passed before May 15th 2020 are in container #1.
This container is already at sea as you read those lines. It will reach the Fos/Marseille Harbor (France) on June 24th 2020.

This provisional schedule may be subject to some vagaries of maritime transport.
Then, we must add unloading / customs clearance / redelivery to our warehouse in Nice and the preparation of 390 shipments.
We believe to be able to dispatch the 390 exhale fans late June / early July 20.

We will contact each customer individually by chronological order of purchase for you to confirm (or not) your preorder.

Container #2 390 Exhale & 100 tiltable rods – Shipment of the fans & rods to customers end of June/early July

All orders placed since mid May are now in container #2
The second container is expected reach the Fos/Marseille Harbor (France) on July 17th 2020.

This provisional schedule may be subject to some vagaries of maritime transport.
Then, we must add unloading / customs clearance / redelivery to our warehouse in Nice and the preparation of 390 shipments.
We believe to be able to dispatch the 390 exhale fans duting the second half of July 20.

Maybe, some customers who ordered shortly after May 15 (container # 2) might benefit from the delivery of fans from container # 1 following the cancellation of a few orders.
Although it is too early to go into those details now, be aware that we will do everything we can to deliver all of you as soon as possible (while taking into account chronology of the orders).

Container #3 (for inventory purposes)

The third container is expected reach the Fos/Marseille Harbor (France) on July 30th 2020.

The purpose of this third container is to create a buffer inventory, in order to deliver our customers immediately after their order.

Conclusion

After a delay in setting up a factory capable of meeting global demand and then a production freeze linked to the Covid, the Exhale fans are finally on their way to Europe.
The positive impact of this delay is that the Exhale Fans will have even higher quality components (such as LEDs and motors) and performance.
Therefore, we will deliver Exhale GEN 4.5 to you.
For the record, your fan is guaranteed for 5 years (including the LED)

We are well aware of the approaching summer and of your impatience to receive the products. You will have also noted that we have granted you a € 50 discount due to the pre-order.
We do our best to deliver the fans as quickly as possible.

As evidenced by the letter from Exhale World CEO, Richard Hallsall, which you will find attached, the first 2 EXHALE containers released by the new factory have been assigned to Europe. [ Read the letter ]
